Leo has been working in the field of research for 11 years in a field UX Research. His research includes software, hardware, SaaS, Fintech, and marketing. Research includes clients with B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Leo has worked with both small startups and large enterprise companies over his career.

Leo is a people person who is passionate about both doing research and empowering people to be their best in the workplace. Leo also has 5 years of UX management experience training, leading, and hiring for UX teams across a multitude of product domains.
